How do you get back on route when you are not feeling unmotivated?

I am in the same boat!!!! I have been at times SUPER SUPER strict over past 6-7 months and have cheated here and there---lately I am tired of always looking at labels or weighing things or in general ALWAYS thinking of will this tip me out of ketosis and I miss some carbs like Pringles and whole grain bread with butter. I eat fairly clean--not perfect but my daily meal is a large salad with mozz cheese, slices of tomato, cukes, GREEK dressing, a few onions, maybe some broccoli, NOW a few slices of strawberries and some walnuts with either fish or chicken on the side --sometimes steak but I am growing opposed to eating steak. That is basically it. I might have a keto friendly snack before bed such as a yogurt by RATIO or a bar. But I am burnt out. Today I ate some Pringles and a few Starbursts. I feel terribly guilty----but man were they good lmao. I think mine is due to being home now due to MAJOR life events and all I have for enjoyment is food for time being sadly. I do work out atleast 3 times a week if not 4 to 5 but I have lost my motivation. Tired of weighing muself and seeing 5 pounds loss then up 3 pounds then down 2 pounds. Just need to reset my goals. I have done fairly well for past 6 months but need to find a way that is sustainable LONGTERM----for my overall health not just weight. So I am sticking to plain old LOW CARB for now. Basically 75 grams and under daily is my new goal. Will see how this unfolds :):)
