How did Wrong Number's plot differ from your predictions?

What I expected * item 1 martin/pig butcher to be some sort of actor who takes things too far, then I read the comic and was like OK this guy is a psycho. * item 2 Pardo I thought he was going to be a corrupt cop who was trying to solve the crimes from the fans/jacket/50 blessings for some reason. * item 3 I expected the fans to last through the whole game and have more back-story, until they eventually break into jail to free jacket, only to realize jacket doesn't want to be free and he kills them / they kill him/ * item 4 I did expect biker to make a cameo but I thought we would at least get to play him again, maybe see him chase the rest of 50 blessings for killing the janitors/ not doing his job * item 5 Evan well I expected him to find the truth, only to die soon after or for no one to believe him and drive him insane. * item 6 Jake well I knew he would die but he got me excited that we would get missions where we play as the other masks from hotline 1 until they died. * item 7 I got exactly what I expected from henchman just the other side of the coin. * item 8 I had no idea what to expect from the son, I dunno guess I wanted him to fight the fans(not on drugs) then visit jacket in prison and maybe get some back-story from him, try to kill him. * item 9 I did not expect Richter to be in the game at all, thought jacket would have killed him, but he turned out to be a likable human character. * item 10 RICHARD was the most screwed up thing of this game, the fact he warns everyone to stop and just accept the fact they will all die for reasons beyond their control puts a different spin on things. In hotline 1 the masks all represented some kind of subconscious thing in jackets' poor brain but in hotline 2 Richard is just walking death trying to tell everyone to stop struggling and change,Enjoy life before the ending starts. * item 11 I liked beard and the rest of the ghost wolves, I even got excited hat we would get to play missions as the rest of them, but I was glad that we got the back story we needed

Nobody expected that ending.
