Just deleted paragraphs of what I wanted to say.
Long story short— I got no advice. Just something that worked for me.
Somewhere someone told me “Life is a struggle, and that’s normal”.
My depression is normal. My unmotivated procrastinating ass is normal. My boring-ness is normal. All this shitty mind-set I got is normal.
Everything got lighter when I accepted that my struggles are normal.
I felt fucking invincible after realizing my problems were nothing. It’s not something I 180 changed in a day or anything. Took a while, but I get my shit done now. I still procrastinate, but I do my stuff and get shit done.
Baby steps work. Go shower.
