Greek student here (soph, m,) and I know this isn’t helpful in terms of your current problem, but I think you dodged a bullet by not joining a sorority. Sorority rush is pretty fake IMO, and it seems like most of the girls end up hating each other. They do have fun, but they always end up in their small little cliques within their house, and have like 5-10 friends they consistently do things with. I’ve found greek life as a whole to be similar to the dynamics of high school. Everyone thinks they are the best, and are incredibly judgmental. Apart from my brothers within my house, and a few sorority friends, my best female friends are not in a house. The most down to earth, chill people seem to exist outside of it. I guess you could say the grass is always greener on the other side though.

This is just my opinion from what I have observed. Everyone has their own experiences and take on everything. If you disagree with me, that’s fine. I don’t mean to bash on anyone or their experiences. Everyone has their own path. :) PM me if you ever want a friend.
