How left-wing media sites have changed their coverage of the Labour Party under Keir Starmer.

Teh guy you're arguing with is...soimething else.

Why? Because I believe in capitalism and believe that redistributive capitalism is the best economic system I've seen

and

Because I'm fairly left wing economically. I'm just quite libertarian at the same time. I like capitalism because I believe in meritocracy and innovation, but I also think there should be heavy regulations to prevent excesses and to provide redistribution of wealth. I want to maximise the living standards of the country, and I feel sensible left economic policy is one of the best tools to achieve what I want in the UK. Politically I'm homeless, but labour lines up best with what I want and know.

He's repeatedly said he's a libertarian capitalist. No surprise he has so many shit takes that the rest of the right on on the sub agree with.

His profile is filled with similarly hot takes. It's impossible to have a real discussion because his aim is to undermine the left and sow division on here, not have a constructive discussion about acheiving a socialist government.

Note "sensible left economic policy" means that he likes Starmer because he's not that leftwing and will be upset if he becomes more leftwing.

Ignore his partisan nonsense suggesting Starmer is on the left and that the left were a big part of his leadershpi team, etc.
