Rachel Reeves on trans rights

I'm trans, disabled, and very left-wing. I've already come close to losing my life more than once during the last decade of Tory rule; and have this week been told the NHS won't honour a shared care agreement for my HRT anymore due to "orders from on high", meaning I must now go fully private or detransition for 6+ years (neither of which I can afford).

My first concern is survival, which means the Tories being out of government; and the only party with a prayer of unseating the Tory MP in my north-west constituency is Labour. So I'm profusely sorry if all of that makes me an "out-and-out right winger" to you, but under FPtP I have no alternative. Also no, "revolution" is not an alternative, it is cosplaying on Twitter.
