Seriously, that's always so damn bullshit. Why do bullies never get to see any punishment? The inability to do anything is pretty much aggravating for the person that's bullied and they're just let free for chipping away at a person's mental health. I think people are either uneducated about the topic and should be teached more about it or they're just total assholes for not even trying to help a genuinely suffering child, and people are surprised when this type of behaviour leads to the creation of yet another school shooter, which in reality is often just an abused and bullied child with a weaker mind, as not everybody possesses a strong resistance to that shit.
