How many of you actually sit outside at night to spend time staring at the stars?

I went camping some years ago probably around 2011. Spent a few hours star gazing. I noticed a satellite moving fairly quickly. Didn’t think much about it. I noticed another satellite moving in the opposite direction. They were kinda headed for the same spot. So I started to pay close attention. All of a sudden one of them made a hard angle towards the other one. Then they collided and the lights disappeared. No explosion just gone.

Now satellites colliding is kinda a big deal and gets reported. So I looked it up and there was no such report about it. Now I’m not saying I witnessed aliens but it was insane how one of them changed direction for the other. I don’t know a whole lot about satellites but I do know they don’t just change direction..it’s always bugged the fuck out of me
