How many of y’all think that Thor and Thunor are two different gods? If so, what are some differences between them?

Europe and individual countries aren’t one neat and uniform culture now and I doubt it was back then.

For me, a non recon, same god but differences are down to people and what symbols and what they found more important. I heard it’s same with Ancient Greek that some gods were worshipped or symbols were different by region or temple. We just in hindsight of history lump it all into one.

I dont know enough about the differences but it could be ‘in this time and place Thor was more important in this ritual context’. Gods can multitask and it depends on what people were asking them with offerings on what they experienced the most to create a religious culture around them
