UPG requests: Wodan/Odin and Donar/Thor. Different facets or different deities?

Same temple different priest. They do overlap but there’s different flavours to it.

Frenzy. It’s in Odins name and berserker rage is a frenzy where someone knows no friend or foe or cares they will die. Nude fighting too. Very dangerous and big responsibility to hold that power. Thor is linked to storms and that’s the sky in a frenzy, in the past with huts or wooden halls and no street light outside it would be a terrifying experience. Thunder would make your house shake of it was close by and scare your animals. Lightning would burn your house down of it hit. Odin too not fremzy of violence but of a poet too creating rhymes and stories at a speed of inspiration.

Wisdom and written words. In Iceland every all Thingy would open on Thursday with Thor. Temples of Thor have oath ring for people to make promises over. Most runestones mention Thor blessing them, maybe with the hammer as a carving tool. In Sweden most healing charms were done on a Thursday. Thor wins riddle contests in the sagas. Odin cones up few times in later lore as a negotiator for finances. In Iceland Wednesday was the day to pay fines or debts at all thingys. Odins wisdom and cunning with words and riddles comes up in the sagas. Odin more linked to poets and songs than Thor.

I get more overlap though with Odin and Loki. I pin Odin as cunning of a trader or poet. Loki the cunning of a hunter. As they go outside boundaries more, Loki tracks lost items, Loki uses nets and themselves as bait (their name still similar or linked to word bait or lure).
