How medically legit are chiropractors? Or is it closer to a pseudoscience?

I am a chiropractor myself and about a third of us are legit, a third are absolute whack jobs and a third are somewhere in between but still probably not worth your time or money. I use manual and manipulative therapies to treat musculoskeletal conditions, my skill set lies somewhere between a message therapist a PT and an athletic trainer but I can be more accessible than all 3 because I can charge insurance without a referral or pre authorization from an MD. True chiropractic in its original form is snake oil but nowadays our scope of practice is pretty large and I can perform, code and bill for a large array or therapies, there a decent amount of practitioners like myself who use our doctorates to practice physical medicine rather true “chiropractic”. If you see a chiropractor and all they do is crack your back/neck do not go back, if they mention something about nerve interference or something that sounds fishy like that do not go back.
