It's the American mindset. Americans get fucked in service jobs, they're paid nothing and get treated like garbage so they see a vid like this and feel like it's adding to their awful time and have a cry. (also the redditor mindset of attempting to start an argument in every comment section and pick the good side and the bad side when most of the time there's neither)

Where this was filmed we get $20 an hour and are treated fairly well. People just have a laugh and move on.

However the best reason why this wasn't a big deal is: I was there and it wasn't. Guys, the interaction continues beyond the 1 minute clip. I don't just walk off. If I really wrecked someone's day why would I post that?
