How to get the most out of injury claim for a car accident?

You have WHIPLASH and you want a max pay out? Jesus Christ dude. I can get whiplash from slipping on a banana peel.

You have health insurance so you’re not seeing medical bills, and I doubt this has had much impact on your life. If you’ve missed any time off work, even if you used paid time off, make sure to submit that in your injury claim. Beyond that, you won’t get much for pain & suffering. Pain and suffering pays for PAIN and SUFFERING, which you have very little of, considering “whiplash” is the only injury you’ve listed. If I’m wrong, provide more information to prove otherwise.

Everyone expects a big pay out after an accident but wants to complain about insurance rates. Stop being greedy. Also keep in mind that insurance companies are not foolish, they know when someone is trying to cheat the system. If your only injury is whiplash, you will not fool them into some paying some big settlement.
