USUALLY (but i do know a couple exceptions) you have to get an adhd diagnosis before they prescribe anything especially adderall it's possible they might want to put you on a different stimulant like concerta or vyvanse just depends on the doctor tell your primary doctor that your dad and brother have adhd and adderall works for them and you think you have it too and want an adhd evaluation and they'll refer you to a psychiatrist or therapist it's also important to be honest with them or you won't get the right diagnosis BUT i would leave out the part where you have tried it before just in case because some doctors might assume you're drug seeking even tho you're not also tell them you aren't comfortable with ssri's and let them know how your symptoms affect your everyday life and how much you're struggling
