I think you need to consider how behavioral factors might be severely exacerbating your ADHD. You need to work on accepting that boredom must be a part of your life, and without it you will continue to spiral into you perception of needing to chase more and more dopamine.

Medication is critical for helping to treat ADHD - however you need to use it to support behavioral change. This means you need to consider your dose - this post reads like you are significantly over-medicating - the idea is you use stimulant medication to reach a point where you can function for a while in a manner compatible with daily life - not take it to a point where you are violently overstimulated (as is very clear in the phrase "I know that ADHD medications provide a dopamine release, but I dont see results beside heart rate sky rocketing which gives me adrenaline and makes me too even crazier things"). This phrase literally describes the feeling you get from deliberately abusing medications, if not adjacent illicit powders.

Medication isn't a magic pill that will solve your problems, it will only help you to help yourself, and trust me, that will come with time. I was maybe 22/23 before i finally started to work out how to live with my ADHD, and that was after my impulsivity had lead to a criminal record, a handful of addictions and compounded mental health problems. I now do all the stuff i never thought was possible - getting up at 6am every day, job
