I’ve got the exact same thing and went to the hospital last night it got so bad. About a week or so ago I got a sore throat and a nasty cough, but after a few days my symptoms disappeared. Then the day before yesterday I woke up pretty nauseous but nothing too bad so I ignored it. Then yesterday morning I woke up very very nauseous but tried to ignore it.

Then that evening I got the rapidly changing temperature, nonstop chills, my entire body was cramping and aching so bad, and then I vomited multiple times, plus diarrhea (violently puked in the tub while shitting my guts out). Then I laid there on the cold bathroom floor with my whole body in agony, felt like I was about to faint as my body rapidly alternated between hot and cold.

I cannot ever remember feeling that bad in my life and realized I should probably go to the hospital. Went and tested negative for everything but couldn’t get a covid test because they said my symptoms were “mild” (If that was mild I really really don’t want to see what severe it’s like), but that it’s likely I have it. Was given some medication for my nausea and finally got out of there at like 2am. When I got home, I took another dose of the medicine, and the nausea was then replaced with intensified body aches and chills. Was up until like 5am before finally just passing out. Woke up around 11am, no nausea and barely a cough, and my cramps have mostly moved to my legs and lessened quite a bit. Really really praying it doesn’t come back again because omg that was one of the worst nights of my life.
