Ibrahimovic: 'In my opinion, it's too late' for Premier League move

Yes, I'm talking financially with this huge new tv rights deal for Premier League. Mid-table teams in Premier League are already picking up star players from other top leagues in Europe and the effects of that tv rights deal is not in full motion yet.

A.K.A. baseless argument used by people completely oblivious to the real world. top teams aren't really there for the money, and the mere fact that you're suggesting that is making me furious. do you follow football to see richest teams playing against each other or do you follow it because you actually like the sport?

and midtable teams poking top players from other "top european leagues" is nothing more than a myth pl fans like to use while giving each other a fellatio. payet is probably the only "top player" in midtable team (not so midtable currently) worth mentioning, and you can find same examples in every other top league with players they bought for far less money than their english counterparts (e.g. kalinic tearing up italian league for fiorentina). also, other top leagues actually produce enough of their own talent not to be be dependant on squandering absolute batshit insane amounts of money on mostly mediocre players.

And Southampton didn't play full strength in their Europa League qualification either. Sadio Mané was an unused substitute and Koeman said: “We knew Sadio wasn’t 100%. It will be a long season, I didn’t take that risk to put him in. We need Sadio for more games this season.”

this part here is actually hilarious to read. indeed, it's the absence of mane that cost them europa league, you're not borderline deluded at all. you'd think english teams could stroll to europa league with their reserves due to all the money and top players they have.

Arsenal was even rotating in Champions League against Dinamo Zagreb and Olympiacos and it's probably gonna cost them.

they were at pretty much full strength against olympiacos and their lineup against dinamo was good enough to beat vast majority of english teams. are you actually implying that arsenal doesn't care about champions league? arsenal's entire season literally depends on qualifying to champions league and if they failed to do so fans would decapitate wenger. I genuinely hope you're a troll.

And I'm comparing Sevilla with Arsenal because they're roughly the fourth best team in their leagues.

your knowledge of spanish football is pretty terrible tbh, sevilla hasn't finished 4th in forever.
