If Bernie does become president, how will he implement his policies when congress has put a stop to many progressive Obama policies?

The thing about Bernie that no other candidate has in such amounts, in my opinion, is his ability to excite and inspire. A big part of his platform is that NO SINGLE PERSON - not him, not anyone - can change how things are and work towards positive change unless we all stand up and do something. It's not about him, it's about us.

His campaign is energizing everyone to get involved in local politics, and there is a big focus on getting the youth interested and working to help. I've seen tons of posts in the Bernie groups I'm apart of, of people with their children flyering or waving, dressed in all blue and smiling. There are tons of programs local group leaders do to get high school students - people who can vote come the general election - involved and working. THIS is what we need - we need people who are willing to vote locally and change who is in a position to help/challenge Bernie's policies. It's a very exciting thing to be a part of.

When I saw him speak in a rural part of the country, there were people in camo there clapping, people in tie-dye shirts clapping(both old and young), people of various religions and ethnicity, and kids both young and old. There was an amalgam of people there, and he was able to speak to all of them in a different way. I felt a real energy at that rally that I haven't felt before; it was a special moment.

In the video I took when I saw him, during his closing lines, it ends with everyone chanting, him waving, and a small child chanting along "Bernie Sanders, Bernie Sanders" while the crowd sounded quieted down. It was very poignant to me to have this huge roar end with the child chanting, after this incredibly passionate speech from our future president.

TL;DR - Bernie is in the best position to inspire young/general voters to get involved in local politics, allowing a change in the people who can help/stop Bernie's policies. He brings passion that no other candidate does.
