The main point he's making here is that Lamar Jackson (like Tebow) is a great underdog story in the NFL and people are going to want him to play right away and want him to succeed.
He doesn't think Jackson will be a 15 year starter - maybe he will and maybe he won't but the larger point about the pressure Jackson's going to be under is a good one.
