I guess I’ll concede. We agree actors do have cults of personality far more than any other profession, regardless of their appearance. But like you say this appeal to women transcends their looks so it’s not a valid comparison to regular men I know irl. End of the day I don’t know how women think - and of course I don’t really know with any certainty how anyone other than myself thinks. I can only guess and have conversations like these.
