My partner is very attractive and also very private so I find other women underestimate his investment in our relationship and underestimate his feelings towards me just because he is a stoic type of person who does not share or open up easily with others or openly divulge about his relationship. I am much more laidback and open about my feelings so people assume I am more in love with him whereas he is less in love with me. I also went through some major self image issues in the beginning of the relationship because I felt like maybe people were looking at us and thinking he could do better.
