Go check him out, have a chat, take it more serious then a simple notification on a database.

Did you speak to an officer or a call handler?

Call handler at first, who apparently put the incident under a dormant case number which would have meant no one would have looked at that until more information was made available.

We called up again and was put through to Prevent and they have opened up a proper case on him now.

Over 10 students across 2 subjects have made formal complaints and he has racially insulted 2 Muslim students.

Evidence other then the reports and an extremely dodgy social media profile, no.

what evidence do they have to prove he committed an offence.

We know he hasn't committed an offence, its more a case of making sure he doesn't. The last thing we want is after Christmas this guy kills a load of primary school children and a simple intervention at this stage could have stopped it.
