I'm moving and I need help!

TLDR.

It's not really a decision up to how you feel, it's more about what is convenient and comfortable - basically, does it work for you? The better everything is situationally, the better you're going to feel anyways.

1 - If you eat out a lot and don't mind some ambient noise, this would be perfect. Is the rent reasonable? Low crime stats? Are you going to get better perks/urban amenities with your aptmt/condo? Not having to maintain a car and pay for insurance is a huge plus. Not having to drive to and from work or &/or sit in traffic sounds like a great benefit too. If you have a social nightlife, not needing a DD is another bonus. etc.

2 - If you're an INTJ that actually leaves the house often for fresh air and nature and don't really get into city life this sounds great as long as the lake is maintained and you won't be dealing with too much insects/pests in the summer. Not having a car sounds like a pain here.

3 - This seems like far too much travel time if you frequent downtown and expensive rent is frivolous unless the trade off is an amazing space with upgraded home details. You'll have to buy a car and pay insurance on this one too, right?

There isn't really enough info here for me to discern what is best suited to your lifestyle and activity/energy level. I'm not sure how Toronto is weather-wise that will be amenable to you actually using any outdoor areas near a possible home. I don't know what amount of traffic stresses you out, etc. random details that can start to add up and make or break your choice. I don't know if you are willing to buy a car and commute either.

I've lived at all three at some point, 1 was really great but I spent more than I should have in getting to explore the whole town in food via delivery service, 2 is what I'm doing now (I can't be bothered to nightlife anymore so this really works for me), and when I lived at something like 3, it meant over 800 more a month in gas money and more in terms of having to maintain my car. Then you factor in bad weather commutes, waking up late meant getting stuck in traffic, you usually have to cook bc there aren't really much delivery options, etc.

Hope you make the best choice for yourself.
