So she is saying she “bred” . Like a dog?

When I was in middle school, our "gifted and talented" program coordinator gave us all IQ tests. My parents were pissed, they didn't want me to ever have one.

A bunch of kids scored quite high, plenty considerably higher than 138. Some of them are highly successful now, like hedge fund managers and chemists and stuff. But a bunch of the kids that scored highest are chronically unmotivated and underemployed well into adulthood.

I wouldn't doubt that there's some correlation, being good at pattern recognition and information recall generally can help you and will never hurt you, but there's so much more to success that I kinda doubt the correlation is all that strong. I suspect a solid baseline intellect with strong social skills gets you reliably further in most careers
