Pizzagate is more than just that one pizza place. I haven't done extensive research myself, but I have seen some pretty jarring things, that are difficult to explain. But first of all, here's an article where the owner of the pizza place explains where they store their cans of tomatoes.. spoiler alert, it's in the non-existent basement.

Secondly, why does the owner of said restaurant post things like this on his Instagram page? Why does a big, empty freeze look 'fun' exactly?

Now as I said before, I don't fully believe it all, but to look at this evidence and say "this has been completely debunked" is really naïve. Also, the downvote tool isn't for disagreeing. I haven't downvoted you and I'd appreciate if I could have a discussion without people doing it to me.
