Alright let me tell ya it's rare but if you are accused you will have your day whether it's in front of the captain or military court cuz we take claims seriously. If you believe your falsely accused talk to your chain of command and work to clear your name proplerly since while we always try to listen to the victim a false accusation is even more dangerous since who will be next. Either which case you will be given a chance to defend yourself. Sadly thought we know real accusations happen all the time and they are never reported so false accusations aren't nearly as common as actual rape charges and we don't do enough to stop it or punish it.
