Insight/advice/help !

the doctors attributed that to the gym and not to the booster shot.

Doctor's deny anything could be the result of the vaccine. They're nothing more than sales people for big pharma.

I don't think eating in bulk, or working out, would cause this. Based on what you're saying, it sounds like your Parkinson's is likely caused by a combination of Ashwagandha and the covid vax.

Ashwagandha is known to cause issues, like permanent anhedonia, loss of libido, anxiety, etc. The covid vax likely made the problem even worse. These symptoms are connected to Parkinson's.

Unfortunately there's no cure for this (yet).

Here are some tips to help slow down the progression of Parkinson's based on my own research:

1) Avoid eating any living organisms (eg. blue mold cheese, fermented foods, probiotic supplements, unwashed or undercooked food, etc.)

2) Avoid eating prebiotic and postbiotic foods (eg. sugar, prebiotics supplements (like inulin, FOS, XOS, GOS, gum fibers, resveratrol, berberine, resistant starches, polyphenols, etc.), fruit (especially berries, cranberries, lingonberries, pomegranate, rhubarb, persimmon, dates, plantain bananas, cherry, grapes, and products made from them, such as dried cranberries, juices, wine, grape seed extracts, etc.), chilli/cayenne, postbiotic supplements like like EpiCor or SCFAs, protein powders (eg. whey, pea, etc.), buckwheat, oats, cacao, etc.)

3) If you need to sweeten something, sweeten with stevia (do not use any other sweetener, and ensure there are no other ingredients).

4) If you drink lots of coffee, switch to black tea instead. Do not drink green tea (too many polyphenols).

5) Use plenty of garlic and thyme in your cooking.

6) Get plenty of vitamins B3 (niacin), B7 (biotin), B2 (riboflavin), and E.

7) Get as much exercise as you can every day.

Wish you the best of luck and hope you recover soon!
