MY Difficulty in OSR Gaming

If you don't find logistics and tight management entertaining, don't play my game. I'm not abducting anyone or jumping into a group of people and screamiong NOW IM THE DUNGEON MASTER. You would probably find Europa Universalis IV 'exhausting', too, but if you removed all the logistics and fiddly bits the rest of the players would kill you as a heretic. I have a different set of tastes than most people, this is not a surprise.

As I've said repeatedly, I take everything I do seriously. Nobody is required to play with me. The point was I'm trying to find people I want to play with, which would mean they (presumably) also like a lot of close management and verisimilitude. I can play rules-lite games or GURPS, but I'm going to do it right or I'm not going to play it. There are people, just like me, who like their games that way. War gamers, for one. But most of them have moved to online computer games, so it's not as easy to go grab a bunch of OGRE nerds as it used to be.
