I didn't trip during this period, but worth sharing I think. If I did, I'm pretty sure it would've spun me into a bad trip.

I lived next to a paranoid schizophrenic for about a year. Nobody ever told me about him. So first time I hear him, he's slamming shit around and yelling (I presumed at somebody) about how he's going to "beat their head in with a fucking baseball bat."

That was the one and only time I ever called the cops in my entire life. I literally thought someone was going to die if I didn't. But turns out he was 100% home alone. Landlord later explains to me about his condition, and suddenly things make a lot more sense.

I went through a YEAR of this guy yelling obscenities and death threats at ghosts. Any time of the day or night. He'd wake me out of a dead sleep at 3am screaming "fuck you I'll fucking kill you! I'll kill you you bastard!!" Finally the landlord had him evicted because on top of my constant complaints (including recordings - could hear him clearly through the wall most nights), another tenant had moved away due to him.

Scariest shit ever. Schizophrenia is the stuff of nightmares, man :(
