Interesting

My wife passed away from a combination of seroquel, prazosin, and a heart problem. She had been taking both for years. Her heart condition (mitral valve regurgitation) was considered a minor issue, and we had just seen her cardiologist the week before and everything was okay. He scheduled her out to come back in 2 years. Her seroquel dosage had just been raised by 50mg that day after being at the same dosage for over 8 months. Christmas eve morning in 2019, around 4am I woke up and found her unresponsive. She had a massive heart attack in her sleep and passed away at 33.

I will never take seroquel or any medication that gives me palpitations or anything heart related. I think seroquel is one of the most overprescribed drugs in the US. Its given out like candy, in jails, for sleep, for schizophrenia, for damn near anything these days...
