Ill try and address these one by one. :)

Everything i refer to will be of PRO level teams. this being Pro league etc.

Players are heavily persuaded to become part of the team and not an individual. Think IGN, Twitter names, Headers etc. which isn't bad, you are part of a team. However, they are then using their 100k+follower to advertise anything you see. Stream overlays, Twitter sponsor logos. (without seeing arguably anything). Now yes, they have events paid for, which i stated was roughly 4k per year per player. Self endorsements aren't as hard as you think but this is where someone like an agent or negotiator would be very helpful. Which is kind of crappy. If i play for a team thats sponsored by Sponsor A, and i have a personal sponsorship with Sponsor B. Guess what is said. "You don't advertise our competitors."
Essentially the orgs, say. (with next to no benefits) we control how much money you can make. On top of that, they are told hey can you tweet this out, hey can you do this giveaway, hey can you shoutout our sponsor? All of these things, are what companies are paying the ORG for, not the player. When a organization says yeah i can advertise your product. I have 500k twitter followers across my players. They are selling their players abilities, not their own. Yet again, paying the players nothing. (youd be surprised what some companies are paying to teams who arent paying their players. and telling their players to do the things that are required to make that amount of money).

Yes Players received 2k roughly per season (roughly 3-4 months) from MLG not from the orgs. Which is awesome, i love that the orgs don't take a cut from this, as this is the players.

Comparing it to sports as a whole is doable. yes this is a growing phase. But think about it.

Celebrity athletes (with similar social media fanbases) tweet things out and are paid large amounts for it. Sure they may put on a clippers jersey, but they are repping their shoe sponsor or headband, or socks, or shirt company or energy drink company. What if Nadeshot got traded to a team that was sponsored by GFUEL. Then what? Contractually that org is in violation if Nade upholds his contract.
