Talko Tuesday

My wife says she'd start going running if her ankle stopped hurting, so she went to a physical therapist. Seems like the only advice was to stretch it, so she does some stretches on the stairs every so often. But at least it's a start.

I've had people recommend that we diet together, for her motivation or something, but I'm 5'7" 125 pounds so I don't have a lot to lose.

I just don't eat after 8pm (usually), do pushups fifty pushups every day, and hold a plank position as long as I can. I think I'm in decent shape weight-wise, for being 40.

Maybe I'll start running again whenever it stops snowing and that will get her motivated. I don't know.

What I do know is that people change. You've seen it happen over three years. I've watched it happen since 2009. The "I didn't sign up for this" will always keep coming up - related to any number of facets of life.
