I just started pharma nebido (test undecanoate) my bloods prior was 11 nmol/L, 6 weeks after my first trt shot and i’m at 7.8.. lab fucked up or did my body absorb the test quicker than normal? I’m super confused and let down . Can you be resistant to trt? I felt ok for some weeks tho if not placebo

Sorry to hear you're not doing well with nebdio.

However, a lot of men find that they achieve suboptimal testosterone levels on the standard 1000 mg every twelve-week protocol employed within the NHS, so it's not too surprising.

Your response seems especially poor, but even Bayer's own product monograph shows that serum testosterone levels fall back into low-normal territory well before the next injection is due — you can see that here.

This is why we typically employ frequent injections of sustanon or testosterone enanthate in our patient population, as it's easier to titrate up to the dose needed for optimal serum testosterone levels, and by-proxy symptom resolution.

It'd be worth speaking with your prescribing doctor to discuss increasing the frequency of administration and/or switching medication. If they're not open to that, you could consider going via the private sector.

Hope that helps bud.
