I’ve read that T levels between 240 and 900 is “normal” but is there much difference between someone whose average was 240 and someone who is 900? Is the difference negligible or is that a pretty big gap.

If you are in the UK go for a private clinic, Leger Clinic & Mojo Clinic are the cheapest and also look after you the most. Your total monthly costs won't exceed £30, with 6 monthly blood work costing you around £100 on top.

You won't get TRT on the NHS. If you somehow manage to convince them to give you testosterone, which is incredibly unlikely, they'll give you something like nebido which is injected every 3 months. It's just not worth even trying the NHS route.

Don't tell the NHS you are on a prescription if you go private though, I made that mistake and now I'm labelled as a steroid abuser even though I have a legal prescription provided by a doctor. They seem to absolutely loathe anyone that bypasses them to get care, especially when its hormones and you aren't transgender.
