Extremely high E2, but AI still crashes me

suffer through the high e2 for 3 months and let your body level itself out with zero AI. 72 e2 is mildly high. But it takes a while for your body to balance. Eat tons of kale or make kale shakes (balances hormones) and take 10,000IUs a day of vitamin D per day (balances hormones as well). Or just look up hormone balancing foods to put in your diet and eat alot of them. I highly recommend you google what kale does for estrogen in men. any dark leafy green for that matter. Very interesting stuff.

Sometimes theres a missing link beyond just adjusting dosages and frequency and taking AI's thats throwing our e2 out of wack that guys dont pay attention to. The missing link could literally be something like a vitamin d deficiency or not getting enough greens, Because everyones trying to bulk on meat and potatoes and forget all the functions that veggies and fruits promote within our body. You never know. Hope that helps.
