Ketogenic “fasting”

I’m a little confused so I might be off on what you’re really asking but I’ll try.

With Keto you need to be careful with sweeteners because carbs can kick you out of ketosis and that’s important if you’re doing keto for weight loss or to work on correcting insulin sensitivity.

Eating two keto meals a day while intermittent fasting is what I do but I never have a 3rd meal of whatever I’m craving because it would defeat the purpose of doing keto in the first place, at least for me because it would generate a blood sugar spike.

You could have 3 meals a day while doing intermittent fasting but the contents of those meals can have an impact on blood sugar levels. Eating junk food for 3 meals within your eating window will still cause weight gain and other problems regardless of the fasting period.
