‘Kill Them All’: Colorado Springs Officer Keith Wrede Used Fake Name To Post Comments About Protesters

I'm all for equality and wiping out injustices but if we want to look at the facts and refrain from ideological narratives, there really isn't great evidence for systemic racism within police. Black officers kill black people at a higher rate than white officers. White people die more per police interaction than black people do. It's obviously a very nuanced issue to digest but I doubt many here would recognize a single wrongfully slain white person's name from 2019 or even 2020.

The root problem is militarization of the police, the lack of use of social workers and those trained to provide emergency mental health support, weak training of police, poor psychological care for police, and a culture that breeds the perception of citizens as the enemy.
