Pedestrian killed in crash on Hampden Avenue

Dude, yeah. It's generally only an issue at night for me. I try to keep the peace on the road by also driving like a grandpa. I remind people that the far left lane is the "fast lane", and I like to give people the option of utilizing the far right lane as a "slow lane". The way it's always been and should be.
Anyway, I drive with corrective lenses, so during the day, pedestrians and jaywalkers are usually not a problem for me.
At night though? Haha. I have astigmatism, so headlights from oncoming traffic completely blind me to the last minute jaywalkers.

I have also had pedestrians, homeless people, crackheads, who knows... but I've had them flinch at me as though they're going to jump in front of my vehicle. There's hostility associated with it. Really odd. I mean shit, at times, I am a pedestrian when I wanna venture downtown Denver or whatever. I know there are a lot of crazy drivers as well, so I don't even try it. I will either wait for the crosswalk, or I will wait for no traffic.
A lot of these peds, man... whole slew of traffic coming and they decide they wanna play a game of frogger.
