Late night store Clerks, what is the strangest things that's happened on the job?

I worked at a call center and one night this man started to bang and I mean falcon punch the window to our office. Then the managers went over to the door to see what this guy wanted. Right when they open the door he begins yelling about how he had "some bitch's" phone and how they need to be more careful because people can get naked pictures off the sim card. After 10 minutes of babbling my manager calls me over ( I am 6,3 220 LB) to scare him off and he does eventually leave. After he left I go out to my GF's car to check and see if he took anything. I walked out and realized I left the windows all the way down. I approach the car and see my phone case empty sitting on the passenger seat. Right as I look up I see him walking towards me. The consensus was he was high on meth, but I was so mad I could have fought a meth head. He said to me "Yo man I found this phone you need to be more careful." When he handed it back to me I noticed the sim card was missing and told him to give me back my fucking sim card. Then this guy has the nerve to tell me to go back to the store and get a new one he needed to borrow mine. Almost punched him there but my manager was repeating "Don't do it donscron91". He left and thankfully somebody called the police and they apprehended him a quarter mi. down the road. Cops said he was spitting on them and screaming to be let go. I spent the next few hours looking around a huge ass field for my sim card with the police, we didn't find it. The following week I was served with a subpoena to appear in court to testify against him. When he arrived to court he didn't even make eye contact with us. In the proceedings I found out he had a history of bi-polar/schizophrenia, his parents were there looking incredibly tired trying to support their 32 year old son in his 3rd criminal charge of that year. It amazed me how emotionless he was compared to the night it happened. Even though he was facing 3 years of jail time, he had the demeanor of somebody fighting a parking ticket. I didn't testify and wasn't asked to return to the trial. I learned a lot that day about the effects of mental illness and how people with supporting parents can still fuck up that badly.

TLDR: Mentally ill man stole my phone and I was called to court to testify
