I get what you're driving at, but arguing over definitions of words makes little to no sense in a world where people can't agree on basic definitions. I doubt you and a leftist would agree on which things are "intrinsic to the human condition," if such a nebulous term could even be defined.

Your values are likely superior to theirs, and yield better outcomes. But they would simply deny your evidence, or define "better outcomes" differently. Or perhaps their values DO yield better outcomes in some cases, at the cost of morality and human dignity. Either way, neither one of you are going to change the other's mind. It's simply a non-productive argument at this point.

What you eventually have to accept is simply that you and these people just want to live in different societies with radically different values. And one group will have to be removed for the other group to live in peace. There's really not much more to it than that.
