Legalities on working for two companies a once, both part time, without either of them knowing I am working for the other?

I also anal, but it's okay, no judgment here.

Here are the passages:

Duty to report new employer: The company has a legitimate business purpose in the protection of its confidential information, trade secrets, proprietary information, competitive position, methods of operation, processes, procedures, and vendors. I also recognize and agree that Company has the right to such information as is reasonably necessary to inform Company whether the terms of this agreement are being complied with. Accordingly I agree that for a period of 12 months following my termination of employment, I will promptly and forthrightly provide the Company with the identity of my new employer and a description of the services being provided by me in sufficient detail to allow Company to reasonably whether such activities fall within or without the scope of activities prohibited by the provision of this agreement.

No conflict:

I acknowledge and agree that I am not subject to any other agreement or restriction from a prior employer or any other entity that prohibits my employment or association with Company or with my execution of this agreement.

Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure:

I will not disclose, directly or indirectly,in any way to anyone the Company's confidential information or improperly make use of confidential information both during my employment with the company and at any time after my employment with the Company terminates, whether my termination from the Company is voluntary or involuntary.

Right, so typing this out I realize some of it might sound like broken English, but it is word for word what the manual I signed says. It also actually says "company" instead of using my company's name... Anyway to me it sounds like I only have to disclose a new work place if I stop working here, so if I do two at the same time, maybe I don't have to...
