It does help the rune time for sure, and when a competitive speedrunning community decide they will allow the use of some plugins, you can decide for yourself that the record doesn’t count but it does for them. Somebody else is welcome to start a speedrunning community for people who only use legal runelite plugins if they really care. Why not go as far as saying only the jagex client counts for speedrunning too? Runelite plugins are legal but they are also a third party advantage in a speed run.

This type of thing is really just subjective to a lot of peoples opinions on what should count but the speedrunning community for Jad and Zuk is pretty happy to allow it.
