Here's some advice; stop being so invested and play the game.

Back when I was a kid playing RS2 back in the day, I wasn't looking at content updates. I was playing the game, and was happy for any and all new content that came along.

OSRS can't stay completely static. Games that do that are in maintenance-mode. And with a game in this state, what do you have to look forward to? You max all your skills, do all quests, and whatever exists. What then? That's a silly game subscription model and likely the reason why there isn't even a world dedicated to this concept. Jagex and all subscription models want you to have a reason to keep being subscribed.
