I feel you & am considering doing this. I know they will bitch & moan but it's my baby's health on the line. They're super religious & use that as an excuse to be anti-vax so I'm also worried about them filling my child's head with dogma later on anyways.

I just know they'll bitch & moan & I'm worried about them sneakily coming over to see the baby if another family member is baby-sitting or my SO's dad getting mad as they're pretty much all on his side of the family. He already keeps asking over & over when people can come over & if so & so can meet the baby in spite of both of us telling him many times not until their 2 month appointment. But my child's safety & health is more important than all those concerns. I have already warned my SO that I will fight any of his family that crosses boundaries regarding our child.
