Wishful thinking but unlikely
Kill-streak gold, consistent XP gain from killing high level heroes and buffed creeps, and the previous nerf to pushing should somewhat be enough. This patch turned the dial too high. It was a fun and valuable experiment, but too little of your early and mid-game performance and your strategies matter due to the comeback mechanic. Games tend to be a close call to the very end and I think it ruins the spirit of the game and seems rather forced and artificial. Pushing heroes and offlaners don't need major buffs, the meta just needs to stop punishing them so hard. It's time to turn it back down again somewhat, so it's not too cold, not too hot, but just right.
