LG is telling me the flicker is expected behavior

BB GS has a 'junk out' policy that if they can't fix the same* problem after three attempts, they will 'junk out' the device by taking it back and giving you store credit for what you originally paid (you also get your warranty repaid at a reduced rate based on how long you had the warranty).

I've never had an issue with BBGS junking out an expensive item. You have to report the same issue and they have to attempt to fix the same issue three times.

LG and Sony both have contracts with BB GS when it comes to repair, but both can be 'junked out'.

Worst case scenario, get a manager at/near your local store to look into it. I assure you BB does not want you to have a faulty product that costs thousands of dollars.

You can get BB to resolve it, it just takes persistence.
