LGBTQ+ barbers/ salons?

"The northern suburbs are known to be overwhelmingly homophobic" is this true? I've lived inner northside Melbourne for 6 years and in 'trendy' areas it seems very embracing of all that stuff. Perhaps I am ignorant. Anyway, I wanted to approach this situation from a philosophical perspective. Whenever a post like this gets made it clarifies to me the extent to which internet tribalism is generating psychological toxicity. I understand you have suffered abuse and discrimination on the basis of your sexuality. That is horrific. Those experiences have likely impacted your perception of strangers or the wider community at large. That is totally normal - NORMAL, but not healthy. That's a trauma response. There are myriad of them.
