In light of their most successful year ever, every single one of Porsche's 21000 employees receives a bonus of 9111€ regardless of being an engineer, a cleaning lady or canteen staff

When I was in my early 20's I worked retail. Never had big raises, but they were always about .75 cents $1.00, which I felt was pretty good for what I was making. One of the managers who was with the company for a little while became our store manager. I was excited because we always got along and usually a store manager being on your side you would get better raises. So our review comes around and she says how I do everything really well and she had no complaints. So she starts to tell me how she really fought to get me a good raise this year. So she shows me and it 10 cents. I'm shocked. I tell her I normally get close to a dollar. She then starts to tell me that I can improve on some stuff. I ask her what stuff? Everything was good on my review. She tries making stuff up and I keep calling her out on it. I tell her to keep the raise and walked out. I'm currently back in school for engineering. Last I heard, she was fired for not putting in the hours a week that were required for a store manager.
