I know you're trying to get ticket sales going as soon as possible, but there's two red flags on this site, from a person who might otherwise be interested but doesn't know anything about Longhorn PHP other than it's a conference:
There are four keynote speakers and there is no information about why they are famous or why I'd be interested in listening to them. I'm sure they were picked for a reason, but I've never heard of any of them, and I consider myself fairly well informed (following this subreddit, externals.io, the RFC, etc.).
Apparently you don't have any sponsors lined up yet? The sponsors list is blank. If you do have sponsors, it would've been good to get those pages sorted out before starting your marketing push.
