We got hit hard by the December Google update. Our previous SEO achievements have been crippled and our client traffic is down 35%.

I would wager a guess that very few people here would actually know how to help you and be committed in the long term. The reason is that not alot of Redditors don't fully understand the December update yet because their traffic is way down too (judging by all the posts here anyways). In terms of commitment people here are very unreliable, just saying.

I am going to warn you that Reddit is not a good place to post SEO job postings. You will probably have to learn this the hard way for yourself but if I'm right, contact me down the road and I'll happily give you a free audit of your current SEO strategy. I don't want your money have enough of that already.
